Unsupervised children are not allowed during appointments
Appointment Policy
ARRIVAL
Please arrive with a mask and your lashes freshly cleaned, no make up. If there is any leftover makeup or uncleaned lashes you will be charged an extra $12 lash bath for sanitary & infection prevention reasons.
DEPOSIT
We require a non refundable deposit. This deposit will be apply to your service at checkout. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit is only transferable if you cancel 12 hours in advance of your original appointment.
LATE POLICY
Clients who are 10 minutes late to their appointment will be charged an extra $10. We allow a 15 minute grace period, After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled & will have to reschedule.
REFILLS
Class of Sass technician do not do fills for other artists. If you have gone to a non class of sass technician you will need to schedule a removal & full set.
Fills that are after the 3 week mark or less than 25% full will be charged for a Fullset.
